Glaze Effects

General Finishes Glaze Effects is a translucent, water-based interior glaze for antiquing, distressing and color washing over water-based stain or paint, including GF Milk Paint. Apply it with a brush, roller, pad or sprayer, then wipe off the excess to leave color in the grain, corners and details. Colors can be intermixed for custom shades, and Clear Base lightens any color. General Finishes says a topcoat is required: let the glaze dry 3+ hours, then seal with 3 coats of a GF water-based topcoat.
