LCB Paint & Supply Refund Policy

At LCB Paint & Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Contact us within this window to start the process.


What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Same condition as when you received it
  • Unused and unopened (where applicable)
  • Original packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Start a Return

Step 2: If approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions

Step 3: Ship the item back using the provided label

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us immediately at Store@lcbpaints.com
  2. Include photos of the damage or defect
  3. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right

We respond to damage claims within 1 business day.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Opened paint products Health and safety regulations
Custom or special order items Made specifically for you
Sale or clearance items All sales final
Gift cards Non-refundable

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange process:

  1. Return your original item
  2. Place a new order for the replacement

This gets your replacement shipped immediately rather than waiting for return processing.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges: Non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping: Customer responsibility (unless item is defective or incorrect)

Restocking Fees

Most returns have no restocking fee.

Large or special order items may incur up to a 20% restocking fee. We'll inform you of any fees before processing your return.

  • Purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items
