Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS Ground)
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Delivery: 3-7 business days after shipment
Expedited Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air)
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Delivery: 2 business days after shipment
Express Shipping (UPS Next Day Air)
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Delivery: 1 business day after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.
Free Shipping
Orders over $35Â qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.
Where We Ship
We ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- U.S. territories
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (select shipping methods only)
- International addresses

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Track your package using the tracking number on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions
Some products have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or hazardous material regulations:

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If Your Package Arrives Damaged
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt
- Take photos of the damaged package and products
- Contact us immediately at Store@lcbpaints.com
We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
If Your Package Shows Delivered But Didn't Arrive
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation
- Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early)
- Contact us at Store@lcbpaints.com if it still hasn't arrived
We will open a claim with the carrier if necessary. Once confirmed lost, we'll issue a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is accurate and complete.
If you entered the wrong address:
- Contact us immediately at Store@lcbpaints.com
- We cannot change the address once the order has shipped
- If the package returns to us, reshipment will be at your expense
