Who We Are

Project Weekend DIY is operated by LCB MOB LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Project Weekend DIY and LCB Paint & Supply are registered trade names of LCB MOB LLC.

 

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Supplier-fulfilled items may take 2–4 business days to process. If an item needs more time, we will contact you.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information after your order ships.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Available carriers, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout for your address and order. Standard delivery is generally 3–7 business days after shipment.

Expedited air service may appear only for eligible, non-hazardous products. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

 

Free Shipping

Orders of $35 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC, unless an item is excluded at checkout because of its size, weight, or shipping classification.

 

Where We Ship

Most products can ship to the 48 contiguous states, Washington, DC, Guam, and Armed Forces Americas addresses when a carrier rate is available at checkout.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other U.S. territories, or international destinations. Some P.O. Box and military-address restrictions depend on the carrier and product.

 

Hazardous and Restricted Products

Aerosols, flammable materials, and other regulated products ship by ground only within the 48 contiguous states. They cannot use air service or ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Armed Forces addresses, or other territories. Checkout will show only the services available for the products in your order.

Large, heavy, or bulk orders may require additional charges or freight service. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about a product restriction.

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item as soon as possible and no later than 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can help quickly.

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check with neighbors or building staff, confirm the shipping address, and allow 24 hours for an early carrier scan. Then contact us so we can help open a carrier claim.

 

Address Changes

Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot change an address after the order has shipped. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
