DAP DryDex and Fast 'N Final are for smaller holes and surface defects. Wallboard joint compound suits larger drywall seams and broader fills. Follow each product's dry time before sanding or priming.

Loctite PL S10 / S20, Sika Sikaflex, and DAP AMP self-leveling or concrete watertight fillers are the masonry-oriented sealants here. Confirm the crack is clean and dry per the maker directions before coating the floor. More in concrete sealers and crack repair.
Wash greasy or dirty walls, trim and cabinets first. Savogran Liquid TSP Substitute is a phosphate-free concentrate (8 oz per gallon of water for general cleaning, 16 oz for heavy grease), and Savogran says it needs no rinsing.
