How to apply
Start with the manufacturer's preparation steps: Open-grain raw wood: sand 120, 150, then 180 grit; Closed-grain raw wood: sand 150 then 220 grit; Remove dust; Test adhesion on existing finish.
- Sand and remove dust
- Stir thoroughly
- Apply 3 thin coats
- Wipe excess with grain
- Sand between coats with 220-320 grit or 0000 steel wool; do not sand final coat
- Allow 30 days to cure
