How to apply
- Remove old caulk, dirt and loose material. The surface must be clean, dry and sound.
- Remove the cap and cut the nozzle at 45 degrees to the bead size you need.
- Fill the gap, then tool the bead with a finishing tool before it skins over (about 10 minutes).
- Wipe excess wet sealant with a damp sponge. Dried sealant has to be cut or scraped away.
- Let it dry 2 to 4 hours before painting with latex or oil-based paint. Reseal the tube to store it.
Good to know
- Outdoors, do not apply when rain or freezing temperatures are forecast within 24 hours.
- Not for continuous underwater use or for filling surface defects.
- Adheres to painted and bare wood, vinyl, aluminum, most metals and plastics, glass, drywall, plaster, brick, stone, concrete, stucco and fiber cement.
