General Finishes Milk Paint Lamp Black - Quart - Furniture Paint
General Finishes Milk Paint Lamp Black - Quart - Furniture Paint
The chalk-style paint that doesn't chip off the cabinet — now in a deep, true Lamp Black that furniture flippers and cabinet painters keep coming back to.
What it does:
General Finishes Milk Paint is a water-based acrylic with a strong mineral base — pre-mixed, UV-resistant, and built to go on furniture, cabinets, and exterior pieces without requiring a topcoat. Unlike powdered casein milk paints, this is a modern, ready-to-use formula with excellent flow and leveling whether you brush, roll, or spray it. It meets KCMA cabinet finish standards and is VOC-compliant across all 50 states, including California. Lamp Black is a high-hide color that typically covers in 2–3 coats and pairs cleanly with GF's High Performance Topcoat if you want to dial up sheen or durability.
