Zinsser B-I-N Advanced is a synthetic shellac-based primer sealer for whole-surface interior priming and exterior spot priming. It blocks tough stains and odors, dries fast with low odor, and cleans up with soap and water. Use it under and over any latex or oil-based paint, on bare or painted wood, drywall, cured plaster, masonry, galvanized metal and PVC.

One quart primes about 75-100 sq ft in one coat, which is usually all you need. Very porous surfaces may need a second coat, which halves that area to about 37-50 sq ft. For spot priming stains and knots, a quart goes a long way.
Not for full exterior priming, very humid rooms, or surfaces under water or in prolonged contact with it. Outdoors, spot prime only under high-hiding paint, or prime the whole surface with Bulls-Eye 1-2-3 after spot priming. Do not mix with other products. Read the B-I-N Advanced technical data sheet.
