Modern Masters sells Metallic Paint Primer systems (cool and warm tone) for best color. Clean, dull, and prime slick or stained surfaces per the Metallic Paint Collection directions before the metallic coats.
Modern Masters groups colors as opaque (about 2 coats), semi-opaque (about 3 coats), or sheer (translucent overcoat). Check the color's hide level on the label or TDS.
Metallic Paint Collection is a pre-mixed satin metallic color coat. Metal Effects uses real metallic oxidizing paints plus patina or rust activators to create aged copper, bronze, or rust looks.
Modern Masters recommends MasterClear protective clear topcoats over Metallic Paint Collection when extra abrasion or UV protection is needed. Confirm MasterClear availability separately if it is not listed in this hub.
Brush/roll Modern Masters for furniture and walls. For quick aerosol metallics in copper, gold, oil rubbed bronze, silver, aluminum and stainless, see Metallic Spray Paint.
The gallons here are tint bases (standard and ultra deep). Tint per Modern Masters Venetian Plaster guidance before application.
