Wolman (Rust-Oleum) makes WoodLife wood preservatives for exterior lumber, decks, fences, and ground-contact wood. This brand collection covers the Wolman products currently ACTIVE in the Project Weekend DIY store: WoodLife Classic Clear and WoodLife CopperCoat Green wood preservatives.

Per Wolman / Rust-Oleum product literature on our gallon listings: WoodLife Classic is a clear water-based fungicidal preservative with water-repellent properties that resists rot and decay on above-ground exterior wood (decks, porches, fences, siding, outdoor furniture, windows and trim). It is brush-, spray-, or dip-applied, touch dry in about 1 hour, paintable or stainable after 24 hours, soap-and-water cleanup, and VOC under 250; maker use limits exclude ground-contact wood. WoodLife CopperCoat is a green water-based preservative that resists termites and wood-boring insects and inhibits fungal growth for untreated or pressure-treated wood, including below-ground, ground-contact, fresh-water, and above-ground use. Coverage is about 100–300 sq ft per gallon depending on porosity; allow wood to dry at least 24 hours before oil-based primer, paint, or stain; VOC under 350; the green color fades over time.
