How to apply
Start with the manufacturer's preparation steps: Raw decks, siding and fences: sand no finer than 120 grit if needed; remove dust; Raw furniture: sand 120 then 150 grit; remove dust; Sealed surface: power wash, dry overnight, sand residue 120 grit and remove dust; For oily exotics, try acetone or naphtha wipe and test.
- Clean and dry wood; sand as needed
- Stir; do not thin
- Apply 1-2 coats and allow 1-2 minutes penetration
- Wipe off excess
- Reapply when wear is evident
Good to know
Use limits: Extremely oily exotic woods may not accept it; Film-forming topcoat is not the intended use.
