How to apply
Start with the manufacturer's preparation steps: New wood: First Step Prep to remove dirt and mill glaze; Old bare wood: Pro-Tech Cleaner #2 and Brightener #3 if gray; Previously treated with non-Penofin product: strip, clean, brighten.
